Gustaf’s Gumbilees: because sometimes you want your gummies to feel like they’ve been to finishing school in the English countryside. These little gems are chewy, fruity, and just posh enough to make you feel like you should be eating them with a monocle and a cravat. The flavors? Delightfully mysterious. Are they “wine”? Are they “gum”? Nobody knows, but they’re delicious and strangely addictive. Bonus: they pair well with actual wine (tested and approved). 5 stars for being the Downton Abbey of candy—classy, quirky, and absolutely worth the chew! 🥂

I have bought these sweets a few times over the past two years without any problem, but not from this seller. All I can say is there is no flavouring in the batch of 12 5.29oz packs that I just received. What a disappointment and waste of money. The colours are pale (which might be an indicator of lack of flavour) and the shapes are flatter and size of each sweet is smaller than normal. This is a total quality fail. So the lesson here is that it is pot luck, seemingly batch by batch. I am returning them.
