No money back guarantee!

The item description says, “100% money back guarantee”. NO TRUE! I have attempted to contact through Amazon and never received an answer. The perfume is not close to Jo Malone’s BlackBerry & Bay, and has a metallic smell to it. This is one of the very few things that I haven’t been able to return. Very disappointing.
