Light and delicate

If you like your coffee dark and bold, this is not for you. This is a light, delicate coffee that drinks like a fine milk chocolate. I use this as a blending bean when I have a bag of beans that is too dark. It is a spectacular coffee with low acidity, just too light for me by itself. If you prefer a light roast but dislike acidity, I think you'll love this.

My delivery was not vacuum sealed like the bags usually are. That real gourmet stuff you need to keep oxygen out otherwise it goes bad. I opened it hoping a little puncture happened in shipping or something. Nope. Bad product. I should have been fair warned by other people reporting puffy bags. Anyone buying whole bean knows if it isn't fresh roasted you've got to preserve it by keeping air out. . . If you don't care about stale coffee go for it! Tastes like ruminant garbage! Love this roast when it is fresh.
