Nice product, great customer service

I purchased this case on Amazon and after 1 month of what I'd consider light use (just in and out of my pocket, no drops) the outer plastic had cracked in two places. Knowing that sometimes plastics manufacturing can have issues if the temperatures/compositions aren't just so, I contacted G-Form's customer service and informed me that was indeed the case. An early batch of these cases had a manufacturing defect with one of the components. They had done their best to recall the defective units, but some had still made it out for sale. I suspect this is the source of some of the negative reviews. I received my replacement unit and besides being a slightly different color scheme (my first one was a red insert with black backing, the replacement is black insert with a more metallic red case), the hard plastic on the outer case feels more solid. So far so good, I wish the fit were slightly tighter (there is a slight bulge in the sides and corner bumpers come out a little weird) but otherwise I really like this case.

Decent case with some small issues.

I purchased this case, because I like a slimmer case around my iPhone. After looking around at cases I found a product demo that showed a hockey player slap shot an iPhone, with this case on it, into the net at 84 MPH and another video of the phone being dropped from high in the sky from a balloon. After both of those tests the phones seemed to be working fine without any scratches or problems. I've used it for a while now off and on testing a few other cases to see what I liked best. This case does seem to offer good protection considering it's slimmer than some of the other more well-known cases. The protection aside there are a few things I do not like about the case. It is a two piece case, a plastic shell with pads along the sides and back, and a softer rubbery case on the inside. They only problem I have with this is that the two pieces feel like they are tight together but when looking at them they look loose and separated from each other. The other issue I have is that the power and sleep button is kind of hard to press. It has to be lined up perfectly and it doesn't feel like pressing against a button when you do manage to hit the button. Overall it is not a bad case and I do use it from time to time, but use it primarily when I will be doing things outside that day and not sitting at a desk. This is a case that feels like it is more meant to be left on, so if you need to take the case off a lot it can be inconvenient.
