Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo Review Overall, I'll rate it 4.7/5
By Almad K. on Reviewed in the United States on February 3, 2025
Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo – A Must-Have for Flake-Free Hair!I’ve been using the Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo (7 fl oz, 1% Ketoconazole) for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s a game-changer if you’re battling dandruff. What I Love:Effective Dandruff Control: The 1% ketoconazole fights the fungus at its source, and I noticed a significant reduction in flakes and itchiness after just a couple of uses.Fresh Scent: Unlike other medicated shampoos that smell overly medicinal, this one leaves a light, fresh aroma that isn’t overpowering.Rich Lather: A little goes a long way. It lathers up nicely and spreads evenly, making each wash feel like a mini spa experience.Long-Lasting: Since I only need to use it twice a week, this bottle lasts a long time, making it a great value for the price.Things to Keep in Mind:Slight Dryness: If you have dry or color-treated hair, you might want to follow up with a moisturizing conditioner as it can be a bit drying with frequent use.Overall Rating: 4.7/5 StarsI’m really impressed with how quickly it tackled my dandruff. If you’re in need of an effective anti-dandruff solution, I highly recommend giving Nizoral a try. It’s now my go-to shampoo for maintaining a healthy scalp and flake-free hair!

Shampoo is great, conditioner is not
By Katie on Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2025
Ok so shampoo alone would get 5 starts, conditioner alone would get one MAYBE 2, so I had to meet in the middle on the rating for both together. The shampoo smells SO GOOD. It is the cleanest, most nostalgic smelling shampoo ever. It leaves my hair feeling so clean and fresh and smelling amazing….. until I use the conditioner. I will never understand why shampoo and conditioners that come as a set wouldn’t have a “matching scent” option. The conditioner, for starters, doesn’t moisturize my hair at all. It has tea tree oil in it, which is very drying. Also, after using the amazing smelling shampoo, you follow it up with this Vicks scented conditioner which makes your hair then smell like a cough drop all day. I hate that so much! Why wouldn’t there be an option to get a conditioner in the same scent as their signature shampoo? Makes no sense to me.
