I found this extremely easy to set up and a pleasure to use! I've already recommending this to a friend. Yes, the manual is tiny and not written well, but you really have to let that go and dive in. It worked perfectly the first time out.

I spent $30 getting advanced technical support and wasted five hours getting that repaired

It arrived on time. Didn't work at all. I e-mailed the manufacturer because there was no customer service phone number listed under the contacts section of the manufacturer's webpage. Wouldn't turn on, so I plugged it into my computer's USB port thinking it needed charging and to see if I could upload some music in anticipation of using it, and it crashed my computer's USB drivers (the support personnel were able to locate an error code in the technical system that actually stated this and that matched the date & time I plugged the item in to the computer). I spent $30 getting advanced technical support and wasted five hours getting that repaired. The manufacturer never responded to my e-mail. If Amazon doesn't refund this purchase, I'm out almost $100 between the defective item and the computer issues and five hours of my life I'll never reacquire. Learn from my mistake and don't waste your time and money on this product.
