Elastic lets water

These caps are inexpensive but they really don’t work well at keeping the water out and that’s because the elastic stretches out after 2-3 uses.Once done with this pack I will buy the single pack that has a liner. It’s $1-$2 more but they are more comfortable, last longer, and can be thrown in the wash.
