Pump Dispenser does not work, and item not returnable

I have used this product in the squeeze tube before and like it. It does a great job, but the pump dispenser does not work. I have used other products with a similar dispenser, but they worked - I feel I know how to use the pump. Use the squeeze bottle, although more expensive per ounce. I plan to try to empty the contents into a plastic container.
