Honey-Can-Do Adjustable Storage Shelving

This shelf is rated for 200lbs per shelf. I bought these to put fish tanks on. 10 gallon tanks are around 100lbs filled and when I set one tank on a shelf, it seriously and visibly was buckling under the pressure. Looking at it, I was not confident that they welds would hold so I scrapped it for that use. I moved it to our garage and used it for some basic box storage and anything remotely heavy makes it buckle a bit. It's cute because it comes in white, so if you have light weight kitchen items this might work, but it's not really meant for anything heavy.
