Every time I use this product I think it smells old. Expensive cosmetics should always have a pleasant scent and I don't think this cleanser does. At first I thought that I might have gotten the wrong item or someone switched the product but after smelling the product a the department store I realized that the product just smells odd. As far as how the product works...it works great and takes my make-up off leaving my skin ready for the toner. It is so rich and creamy and a pleasure to use as it takes off every bit of my make-up. Be sure and get hair away from your face because the cleanser is thick and if it gets in your hair you can expect to wash that too. Love the Elizabeth Arden products.

I've used this product before. It was always creamy and easy to dispense from the tube. I think that because it was delivered in freezing weather, the product is stiff and hard to squeeze out of the tube.

I'm in my 50's and this cleanser is great for my skin. I usually leave it on a few minutes and then gently remove it with a warm face cloth. Follow with a ceramide capsule, it's a great combo.
