Nice tea. Poor shipping material.

I like this tea. However, it is my first time ordering it on Amazon, and the tea was shipped in a soft envelope instead of a hard sided box. Now, one of the two lovely boxes of tea I purchased is crushed. I like to keep my tea bags in the box. Since the shipping material and planning is subpar and the boxes are likely to be crushed, I will probably not purchase this on Amazon again. I could return it, but I live in a rural area and returning items is tedious. Too bad.
