If you scoff at the endorsement of the chef who founded Spago, you obviously have never eaten at Spago. (Neither have we. We were totally just about to, but decided to dump a can of turkey chili into a bag of hot fries and eat it with a Slurpee spoon-straw. We like to think Wolfgang would approve.)
