Once there was a far off land
And in that land there was a man
A man who made with his own hand
A two pack of Vornado Orange Zippi Fans

The man, for breakfast, would eat bran
For that was on his diet plan
He stored it in a metal can

Now Ian Jan was in the biz
Of making things, and quite the whiz
Like soda pop without the fizz
Or towels with labels “hers” and “his”

But he was often slightly hot
And an AC he hadn’t got
And so he went off and like a shot
To see his friend, a polyglot

Ian Jan said he wanted cool
A small but mighty fan would rule
But at languages he was a fool
Could his friend enroll him in his school?

His friend taught him the basics and
He planned a trip with Ian Jan
To go to and see that far off man
And his Vornado Orange Zippi Fans

The man was lying out to tan
And rose to meet poor Ian Jan
Since there were two, and both were grand
Each fellow got a Zippi Fan

Now comfortable, their friendship true
Lasted for years, as friendships do
And so the story now is through
