What is it with guys?

Ugh, if one more creep show hits on me with a lame line I swear I’m going to pour my drink down his pants.

What is with guys at bars? It’s always, “Hey, nice LCD display. Are you a 37”? Can I buy you a drink?”

Well let me tell you something, big guy, if you can’t keep your eyes off my 16:9 Aspect Ratio while you’re saying hello, then you’ve already made your intentions clear and I’m not interested. All guys are the same, really. Give a man half a chance and I guarantee you in less than 10 minutes he’ll be asking if I enjoy computer support at 1366×768 via VGA/HDMI. Well, between you and me, of course I do, but a TV’s got to have SOME secrets, right?

It’s amazing to me that just because a man lights your cigarette he assumes he can ask about your rear inputs. Well brother, I’ve got plenty, including S-Video and YPbPr Component. Now run home to the Missus. Honestly! You’d think they’d be so forward as to ask a TV’s weight! I’m not ashamed to say 39.35 pounds (without my stand) but not all TVs are so lucky with their figure. I work hard to fit into that slinky little 41” x 31” x 11” box.
