I didn’t want much outta life. I liked the desert, and I liked fixin’ cars. Opened up my own gas station by the interstate. Didn’t make much, but made enough. One day I woke up and there was this truck out front. I went up, and swear on my life it talked. Said it was a prime piece of machinery and I said “Like a rib?” cause I figured I was still dreamin’ so what the heck, have a little fun, right? Anyway, it was from some planet called cyberspace. Came across the whole universe and still needed a jump. Ain’t that the end? Them cars just know, I swear, kick you when you’re down every time. Anyway, I got out my Vector VEC012APC 450Watt Jump Start & Power System. Them 27 inch cables reached all the way to that freaky cube under the hood. Said it tickled. You ever hear a truck laugh? Makes chills run down your spine, it does. I had to hook up the emergency LED worklight just to see my way around. Topped things off with the 260 PSI air compressor too, just to be nice. Even changed his oil. He didn’t have no way to pay me, but I said it wasn’t important. Just happy to help a friendly truck. I said if he knew any friends like him, I always wanted to ride in an jet plane or drive some construction equipment or shoot a Walther PPK but he didn’t like that too much so I just let him go. Probably never know why. Sure made for a nice day, though. Been pretty quiet ever since.
