The Stamina® AeroPilates® SpaceMate® brings basic Pilates tower exercises into your home. Everything is included in a convenient carrying bag, so you can take it with you when you travel or even take it to the office. All you need is a door with enough floor space in front of it so you can lie on the floor. Two resistance cords snap to the door strap on one end and to the hand/foot straps or bar on the other end so you can perform arm, leg, and core exercises. When finished with your workout, it takes just minutes to re-pack and store away.
