Wild Oak Honey
Cal Valls is a family owned and operated company dedicated to organic agriculture in the quiet farming town of Vilanova De Bellpuig in the Lleida province of Catalonia in Spain. He has bottled a thick (but pourable) honey flavored by the flowering wild oaks in the area. This dark colored nectar is rich, floral, and caramelly. Drizzle it on blues such as Cabrales or Valdeon or a robust goat cheese such as Garrotxa.

Raw Lavender Honey
