LEMON POUND CAKE CARAMELS
Description: Back Story: One of our favorite spring and summer desserts is Lemon Poundcake. The slightly tart frosting and sweet cake make for a refreshing treat. With these Lemon Poundcake Caramels, we’ve developed our version of the classic treat by combining our soft caramel, pure lemon oil, the buttery flavor of a classic poundcake, and a touch of crunchy sea salt.

Each 4 oz. box will contain approximately 16-18 individually wrapped pieces.

Shelf-Life. Our caramels are best when fresh and should be consumed within 3-4 months of delivery. If you’re able to keep from eating the whole box after opening, we recommend storing your caramels in an air-tight container to help maintain freshness.

SMOKED BUTTERSCOTCH CARAMELS
Description: Back Story: One of my favorite candies growing up were those little round, yellow butterscotch disks that you could buy for pennies. We always seemed to have them in the car on our family road trips and I wanted to bring some of those memories back in creating this caramel. We combined our soft caramel with the classic butterscotch flavors and sprinkled a pinch of alder wood smoked salt for a slight campfire smoked finish.
