• 70% Cocoa Beans, Raw Cane Sugar plus 1 Natural Spice.
• NO additional fats or emulsifiers (as soy lecithin).

UNREFINED

• We DO NOT CONCH our Chocolate! That's why our cubes look rough and have natural imperfections.
• Conching would degrade cacao nutrients like antioxidants and the unique flavor notes of our cacao beans (Conching can last up to 6 days and heat the chocolate to 230°F, and its only advantage is making chocolate looks shiny and silky with a smooth texture).
