And no, it’s not manufactured by a company with a name like Senyo or Manavox. This isn’t something you’d buy at the dollar store. Gimme an R, gimme a C, gimme an A, and then gimme your credit card number, because you can’t afford not to open your home to this RCA Home Theater. Don’t neglect to inspect the correct specs, Rex: a progressive-scan DVD player with 3:2 pulldown, compatible with CDs, CD-Rs, VCDs, MP3 discs, and more; a 5-disc changer, so you can finally watch all the good Police Academy movies in one sitting; a 5.1-channel system, with 50 watts to the center and subwoofer and 25 watts each to the four satellite speakers; and, er, a remote.

We’re talking Led Zeppelin quality at a Def Leppard price. Or maybe more like Page & Plant quality, because the receiver lacks EQ, tone controls, and an AM/FM tuner.
