Look Pete, I don’t care if it’s “dumb” or “unnecessary,” I like shaking my Polaroid 5.0MP Digital Camera while I’m waiting for the photo to show up on the 2.5” LCD screen. It’s like old times!
Today’s digital technology is too clean, too quick. Sure, I can snap photos anywhere and see them in crystal clear color instantly, but I miss shaking a small bit of cellophane and waiting for a swirly ink smear to materialize.
I also miss the low-lit, always sorta brown-tinted photos of the ‘70s. You kept them in ALBUMS, not a 32MB internal flash memory. Also, you had no zoom. Not a 4x digital like this guy, you just had to point and pray.
