• Description: ETHIOPIAN “BERRY COLLIDE” WHOLE BEAN COFFEE
• This coffee from Ethiopia has slight notes of blueberry and blackcurrant, giving it a light fruity aroma and taste. Would be great paired with fruit pastries or anything containing chocolate to bring out the coffee’s natural cocoa finishes.

Once the samples arrive at our facility, we visually analyze the quality of the raw product. We do a moisture content of said beans. Next we roast 100 gram samples on our sample roaster, let the coffee rest for a day and then cup the coffees.
