What is pho? It’s a delicate (and delicious) Vietnamese noodle soup, made from beef bones, ginger, onions and our own special blend of amazing aromatic spices. It’s nothing short of soup perfection. - 4 servings of Hoisin Sauce for an optional Sweet and Salty kick of flavor
- 4 servings of soup garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Soaking Noodles:
- 1. Place noodles from pouch “A” in a large bowl. Fill with HOT tap water, cover entire content. Set aside.
Cooking:
- 2. On a stovetop, fill a large pot with 76 Oz water and turn on HIGH heat.
- 3. From pouch “B”, place unwrapped cubed and the entire spice-blend bag into the pot of water.
- 4. From pouch “C”, add entire contents of our secret spice mix into the pot of water.
- 5. Bring water to a BOIL, then reduce heat to Medium High & boil for 7 minutes . Stir occasionally.
- 6. Remove spice bag from the pot & discard.
- 7. Place drained pho noodles (from step 1) into the pot & cook for 1 minuet while stirring.
- 8. TURN OFF HEAT Remove soup and noodles, and place in bowls.
- 9. From pouch “D:, add garnish , hoisin sauce and siracha if desired.
- 10. May add optional items: sliced beef steak, shrimp, bean sprouts, fresh basil leaves, ect..

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Open noodles (A) & place in bowl.
- 2. Open spice bag (B) & place in bowl
- (DO NOT OPEN CLOTH BAG)
- 3. Open secret spices (C) place in bowl.
4. Open authentic spice cube, unwrap &
place in bowl.
MICROWAVE:
- Fill bowl with 20 oz of water. Gently place lid on bowl (do not seal). Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 Minutes, or until noodles are tender. Discard cloth spice bag. Add optional garnish, sriracha or hoisin sauce for taste. Stir & ENJOY!
CAUTION:
- Bowl will be EXTREMELY hot after microwaving. Handle with care to avoid spills and burns!
