Ingredients: Organic green yerba mate (leaf and stem)

Directions

• Bring filtered water to a just under a boil and remove from heat
• Add about 2 tablespoons Yerba Mate to your mug
• Fill the rest of your mug with hot water
• Wait 2-5 minutes
• Skim any floating leaves from your mug and enjoy
• Adjust the amount of Yerba Mate according to personal taste.

Yerba mate can also be brewed in a coffee machine or french press, just replace the coffee with yerba mate.
