Soon, the herd will be picked over for their 4GB DDR3 memory, SuperMulti DVD burner with LightScribe technology, or ATI Radeon HD 4200 Series Graphics with 256MB memory by hunters desperate to save a few dollars on a personal computer. Those who are not will simply wait here in silence until their time comes.

But do not be sad for the HP Pavilion Quad-Core Desktop PCs. Such is the natural way of life among the denizens of the Woot Kingdom. Instead, as we say goodbye to our new friends with the gentle lullaby of the Woot Monkey guiding them into sleep mode, let’s marvel at the great generational cycle of electronic goods that have been a part of life since the dawning of time.
