Our Flavors:
- Original Gooey Butter Cake: Our from-scratch recipe brings together buttery cake and pure Madagascar vanilla custard with mouthwatering results. Crisp and flaky on top, fluffy cake on the bottom and a gooey center to finish it off.
- Dark Chocolate: This is rich, buttery, chocolate cake kicked up a gooey notch! A spin on the original for the chocolate lover in us all. Made with decadent French dark chocolate and the same gooey topping baked right in.
- Caramelized Banana: We start by caramelizing ripe bananas in brown butter with just a pinch of cinnamon. Fold those into our Original gooey cake and get ready. This flavor was an instant classic and one of our most popular!
- Carrot Cake with walnuts & currants: Fresh grated carrots are blended with ginger and cardamom and baked into our gooey take on the classic carrot cake. The addition of delectable currants and crisp walnuts brings this gooey experience to a whole new level.
- Almond: Our original Cake made with pure almond and blended in with marzipan bits! This special flavor was just so darn popular it became an instant addition to our mainstay menu!
- Honey Lavender: Now here’s another special that we just couldn’t say goodbye to. Here to stay by popular demand and now our sixth mainstay flavor!
- Brown Butter Hazelnut: This special brings in all the warm and toasty flavors of the chilly season. Debuting in the fall we can’t let this one go due to high demand! These gooey cakes, with their rich flavor from browned butter and bits of hazelnuts, will have you feeling toasty all season long!
