Metra recommends installation by a professional car audio installer.  Disassembly of the vehicle's dashboard and unplugging multiple vehicle wiring harnesses is required to install one of these units.   Some specialty tools and expertise may also be needed to tackle this task.    If you have your doubts and want to play it safe, please get a professional car audio installer involved.
