Since reality television cut writers out of the equation years ago when it was introduced, people soon realized that jobs about “real” people living their mundane lives were, well, mundane. So they brought writers in to spice things up with some contrived plot lines, but now we’re left with a bunch of “ordinary” people being asked to act and read lines when they have no experience with the craft, leading to dreck like Billy the Exterminator, Swamp People, and now Battery Zappers!

Is it interesting? No! Will you sit there and absent-mindedly absorb it? Of course!
