Bob’s Red Mill gluten free muesli recipe is based on a breakfast cereal originally invented by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner, a Swiss nutritionist, over 100 years ago. He understood that food is the best medicine, but he also knew that it wouldn't be eaten if it wasn't delicious. That’s why our fantastic muesli recipe is a tasty blend of lightly toasted whole grains, brown rice crisps, raisins, dried apples and cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes. It’s unprocessed and has less sugar than granola. The end result is a highly nutritious cereal centered on whole grains that’s addictively tasty to boot!.
