This special oil is called Olio di Cucina or Kitchen Oil and was created by Asaro just for chefs. It is a balanced, versatile blend of extra virgin and refined oilive oil designed for cooking and many recipe applications. Most "pure" olive oils contain only 3-5% EVO; this oil contains around 30% for just the right light taste and aroma of olives, yet it retains a smoke point of 430o. It is one of our most sought after oils for good reason.
Application: Perfect for vinaigrettes, all kinds of salad dressings, poaching, many baking applications and sautéing.
