WHY CAN'T WOOT MAKE OUR HONORABLE MENTION COUPON CODES WORK???

Every time I place an order, Ithe coupon doesn't work and I have to write member services to get my $5 shipping refunded. It takes an extra 5-10 minutes to do this, as I try to provide them all the necessary information in my email.

I didn't mind doing this every time, until today, when I got the following response, and had to write a second time, after looking up the URL's of the contests I'd won HM on-- even though I had provided the contest number and a description of the winning chop (see below).

All this wastes both the contest HM winners' time, and customer service's time. PLEASE FIX!!!!

oh.... I really didn’t think the prizes were real. I won a monkey prize a few months ago emailed my info in and recently got a second place prize. Didn't receive either prizes, I just assumed it was like for fun lol.

Monetary awards are only paid-out on a quarterly basis. The last pay-out was shortly before Contest 220, so then next will be in 6-7 weeks

They tell me the Honorable mention problem is being fixed. Good thing -- must be a lot of work for the Customer Service staff doing it all by hand. But if anybody has a problem with it, just pay the $5 (pretty minimal as shipping charges go), and customer service will refund it promptly after an email to service@woot.com.

The monkeys don't happen very often. I think the last monkey prizes went out in November or so. Maybe you'll get your monkey around Xmas time. You just have to be patient, and keep it up -- you've had some good stuff!!!

But wouldn't that have made the bottle grow too? I mean, wine is a liquid and thus a conductor...so wouldn't the "re-enlarge" ray have hit the wrench, conducted through the wine, hit the bottle and made the whole thing bigger?

No, growth rays DO NOT effect glass or liquid... only metal.
